Much of Winterfest's success comes from the hard work and passion of our volunteers. They help create a quality experience for everyone just by offering a few hours of their time. We train our volunteers a day or two before the event so they feel confident in their role. When volunteers successfully complete their shift at the event, they are given a gift for their time.
